Our Mission

The DWDC is proud to offer English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for adults aged 18 and over.  In addition to providing basic knowledge skills for our families’ everyday life, the program also equips our families with the information and guidance in support of their participation in mainstream American society.  Such information includes, among other things, general education on health, community affairs, education, immigrants rights, voting rights, and domestic violence.
